WOW LONG TIME NO POST! DANIELLE TOLD ME TO POST SO I AM! HOW IS THE WHOLE lj THING GOING?
so i am eant to be in hong kong but im not, coz mum is sick in hospital. so i am living my myself! yeah!
i want a cucumber. i had to walk up to the shops today, for supermarket shopping, but6 i needed to rashon so i only bought what i could carry. instread of lettuce i got baby spinnach cos its lighter, etc! i got a box of soup instead of a can. two apples, 2 tomatoes etc. it was funny!

LONG TIME NO UPDATE!!!
here are the basics::
- had ballet and jazz exams on the weekend
- during ballet exam partially busted achilles.
- seeing a million specialists and thinngs to work out the problem.
- meant to be in a performance tomorrow at school, for ballet and contempory but cant dance due to fucking painful pain in achiles tendon.
- boyfriend matt not caring for shit about the pain i am in, nor is he caring about exams.
- he didnt ask how they went went or wish me luck, so i told him anyway and he didnt give a shit.
- in shitty mood.
- taking a survey
- poor dani and bad report
- missing all my cheltenham buddys
- to those who dont know i am allergic to sucrose
- was out of time in clap step during jazz exam.
- my turns were awesome in ballet and jazz. i gunned every turn!!!

hey.
i got my end of yr 10 report the other day.
and my school cert. i got band 4s and 5s. my highest mark was geography, with 89, band 5. lowest was maths, 75, band 4.
for my report, although i was 9% above class average, all of my marks averaged to a high, (2 exelents 1 high and 2 substantials) my total mark managed to be a satisfactory.
you can tell who wasnt the teachers pet. haha!!!
generally a good report though. i got another exelent for music.
and penny, i realise i cant spell exelent.

hey everyone!!
I GO TO A NEW SCHOOL NOW!!!!!!
i still get exited. ITS GREAT!!!! everyone has been really nice, and i have great teachers. i have made friends with a guy called matt, who is a muso and has a beautiful voice. i got him to sing for me!! also a girl called emily who is really nice and lives in thornleigh!!! and another girl called maddie, who is also new who lives in castle hill! and a guy called micheal who lives in mest pennant hills, he looks about 30 and plays the geeee - tar!!! and also a girl called becca who reminds me of penny in every way. she is very attractive! also there are some people in my ballet and dance classes who i have made friends with.
there is a girl in our year called john! it is her real name too. on her birth certificate and everything.
she has a sister called steven. how cruel are her parents!!
i am going on a camp in 4 weeks for pdhpe. YAY!!! we are doing an out door rec thing. it will be fun!!!
the ballet classes are hard, but fun! and we have to keep this journal for dance, ballet and drama, and write an A4 page or 2 for each lesson, describing improvents and things that need to be workked on.
now i want to hear all your stories!!!

IT WAS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I CAME OUT WITH TORN CALF MUSCLES AND HAMSTRINGS BUT IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WORTH IT. WHY AM I TYPING IN CAPITALS?
so anyway. i had the best time of life. the first day was the best. it was all senior ballet, plus contempory. the examiners were amazing. i got to know them pretty well.
most of you know this, but i failed my grade 6 ballet exam when i was in year 8, and stupidly blamed it on the examiner, mrs easton. she was harsh, and the other person who failed, at the time i thought didnt deserve to fail either. but i was wrong. it was my technique that failed me, not the examiner. mrs easton is one of the best examiners. she is soooo amazing. she is probably 50, and i saw her in the splits!!! she had really good constructive critisism, and she acknowledged my improvement from last years summerschool, and the year befores exam. YAY!!!
i have to write her a lovely email to say thankyou for the wonderful summerschool she gave me.
FUN FUN FUN. sorry to anyone whos emails i havent replied to yet. my internet broke down and the computer man just left after fixing it and installing a new 3 in 1 printer.
i shall now be off to reply.

this userpic is of margot fonteyns pointe schoes when she danced the grande pas de deux with Rudolf neureyev at the marinsky theatre. this performance was her repertoire breakthrough, and it made her name in history.
she has an amazing life story.
as a child she hated ballet. her father wasz very rich and insisted that she took the class. he was away most of the time and fonteyn dreaded his return to see her recitals. she was skinny, weak and lanky had inadiquate strength for dancing. her teacher wanted to give up, but was getting exelent pay from fonteyns father, so she persisted. as a teenager, fonteyngrew on the idea and beuty of ballet, and as her body changed shape, she developed more strength. over the years she began to love ballet, and although she wasnt technically very good at all, or very asthetically pleasing, she could capture the audience by her extremely unique style. she won over the hearts of the vaganova school of dance in russia, which is THE school. the best is the world, its uncomparable, and continued a career in russia, where she did this performance. from there she danced all over the world, with many companies, and is probably the biggest name ever in dance.
she used to cover up her lanky and abnormally long arms by bending them in toward her chest, now known as universal position. and she would use combinations of movements on the ground and at waist height, to mask how tall she really was.
she always insisted on co-choreography, and was the co-choreographer of this swan lake grande pas de deux.

dear diary,
i am back. if you didnt know this already, then you must not love me. dannii, i need your mobile number.
today i went to hornsby with my new lover fletch. we got our school stuff. for the first few days of school i always feel orginised and tell myself, ok this is going to last. I LIE. this year i expect to be a disorganised mess, so at least i am not kidding myself. my new lover fletch, and kate were telling me that i would need more than 100 pages per term in my notebook, per subject. i dont think that i have used 100 pages of school work in the 10 years i have been at school, over all of my subjects.
my parents are just organising a holiday for us in the phillipines. beach holiday, not culture!
i miss out on summer every year in sydney, coz i am always overseas, so they feel bad and take me away to somewhere hot.
my lover fletch is going to fiji for a week, and its right after i finish summer school. i am going to miss the sex.
summerschool starts on saturday!!!!!! YAY!!!!! balletballet funness!!
but i am not going to the sunday classes, so if i havent seen you yet, since the return of moi, then we are doing stuff. this includes sarah and penny, in the arvo coz i know you both go to church. we are playing.

its new years day.
i am going to keep some new years resolutions.
i know everyone says that all the time, but where theres the will, theres the way. and these are realistic and something i want to do.
they are:
1. eat well, exercise well, be healthy.
2. strengthen my posture and ankles further.
3. make a huge and dramatic improvement with my ballet, as huge as my 04-05 inprovement.
4. At newtown, make nice friends who i like. not just easy convenient friends. - not that i have ever done that,
but it seems an easy trap.
5. get my Ls
6. actually use my licence and learn to drive.
7. Actually do some school work. and get good grades.
8. stay in really good contact with cheltenham people. and make time for them.
9. dont crack under pressure from overloaded dance and school
10. take grade 6 ballet exam, and pass with a commended at least.
they are not rediculous are they??? i really hope i stick to them. i think that the 2 which probablky wont happen are no.1 and no.9, i am actually worried about no.9.
if i am in overload, then i hope noone pressures me to socialise. this year is big. i need to prioritise, and dancing comes first in my life. if i am behind, then i am not a happy chappy, so i wont be fun to socialise with any way.
ok enough with the boring entry.
